Situation

The house is situated in Auribeau sur Siagne, approx 10 km from the sea, 14 km from Cannes, 45 km from Nice.

Area

Supermarkets and a provencal farmers market is just 5 minutes away by car, and nice local restaurants nearby. The sun is shining 320 days a year which makes it easier to do outdoor activities such as golf which is only 10 minutes away.

Auribeau is very central for exciting excursions such as Grasse, Mougins, Cannes, Saint-Paul de Vence, Gourdon, Georges du Verdon, Nice, Eze, Monaco and to visit wine castles in the Var region and many more. You also have rich possibilities for long walks along the river or in the different forest areas.

Dates, time

The hire is from arriving Saturday at 16:00 o’clock until departure Saturday at 10:00 o’clock. (Flexibility possible outside high season).

Around 30% of the amount of the rent is paid upon reservation (a contract and address information will be sent to you upon reservation).

4 weeks before your arrival the remaining amount is to be paid.

Upon your arrival you will personally be welcomed by Marina and Peter. (Deposit of 100 Euros for the keys).

Prices and supplementary information.

• Bedlinnen and towels the lodgers bring with them. Possibility to rent these for 15,-euros/person/week/17.
• Cleaning fee is 60,-euros and has to be paid on the departure day. (Extra 20 euros for the annex room).
• The rent includes water, electricity, pool maintenance and internet connection.
• Heating in Winter is not included in the rent.
• Prices varies from 700,-euros/week - 1500,-euros/week depending on season. Still vacancies available in 2020. Please contact us for further information regarding price and availability.
